Strategic Learning Leader • Certified Coach • Career Accelerator
With over a decade of experience leading leadership development and career advancement programs at organizations like JPMorgan Chase and the University of Delaware—and as a decorated U.S. Air Force Training Manager—Chardiney Jackson knows what it takes to unlock potential at every career stage. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with advanced training from Brown University, she blends executive-level insight, proven learning strategies, and transformational coaching to help professionals achieve clarity, confidence, and career momentum. Her Career Clarity Power Sessions are designed to move you beyond guesswork and into alignment, giving you a tailored roadmap to land your first role, earn your promotion, or break into executive leadership with impact and purpose.
In addition to my work as a leadership and executive coach, I am also a Corporate Talent Development professional, Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force Reserves, and Motivational Speaker. My extensive experience in these areas has equipped me with excellent interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, and management experience. I have designed and facilitated various courses nationally and internationally and have led a training program for seven different Air Force Specialty Careers (AFSC’s), supporting over 70 unit members.
Beyond her corporate and military experience, Chardiney has guided hundreds of professionals—ranging from entry-level to senior executives—toward measurable career breakthroughs. As a former Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, she traveled across the country facilitating leadership programs and trained internationally, further sharpening her expertise in workforce development. She has served as a JPMorgan-sponsored Executive Coach at the 2024 Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit, mentored Delaware military leaders and small business owners, and led workshops within the Delaware community as well. Her strategic insight, actionable coaching, and ability to elevate professional presence transform potential into tangible leadership impact at every career stage.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter coaching. Every session is tailored to your career stage, goals, and challenges—blending proven leadership strategies with practical, actionable steps. I care deeply about your success, helping you quiet the inner critic, increase confidence, and create a personalized roadmap that feels achievable and empowering. Drawing on my experience leading workforce development globally, previously facilitating programs as a Vice President, and coaching executives at national conferences, my focus remains the same: helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and take bold, strategic action. Together, we’ll turn uncertainty into direction and ambition into measurable results.
