Executive coaching can provide leaders with the tools and strategies needed to improve their performance, increase their self-awareness, and enhance their ability to lead effectively. It can also help with goal-setting, problem-solving, and decision-making, and ultimately lead to career growth and success.

I have a customized coaching approach that is tailored to the specific needs of each client. My approach involves a mix of assessments, interactive exercises, and practical tools to help clients achieve their desired results.

Coaching sessions are typically 60-90 minutes long, and the frequency of sessions is based on the client’s needs and goals. Most clients prefer to meet every two weeks, but I can also accommodate weekly or monthly sessions. We can also adjust the frequency as we progress through the coaching engagement.

I hold a master’s degree in communications, a bachelor’s degree, two associate degrees and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education.
